Creating an account

MingAI supports two sign-in methods:

• Email + password — create a password on the signup page.
• Google — one-tap, recommended if you already use Google.

Sign up

1. Click Get Started in the top-right of any public page.
2. Choose Google or fill in email + password.
3. Check your inbox for a verification email (required for email sign-up).
4. Return to the app and sign in.

Free vs beta features

Most features work on a free plan with a monthly credit allotment. A few features are behind a beta gate while we stabilize them — notably MingAI University. If you see a "Coming soon" card on a page you'd expect to be live, it's on the beta list. Reach out via Contact to request beta access.

I can't sign in

• "Invalid credentials" — try the "Forgot password" link on the signin page. If your account was created via Google, use the Google button instead.
• "Email not verified" — resend the verification email from the signin page.
• Google popup blocked — allow popups for mingaibazi.com in your browser settings.
