Login issues
Common fixes when you can't sign in.

"Invalid credentials"
The email or password is wrong. Things to try:
- Click Forgot password on the signin page — we'll email you a reset link.
- If your account was originally created with Google, use the Google button, not email + password. They're separate auth paths.
- Make sure Caps Lock is off. Passwords are case-sensitive.
"Email not verified"
You need to click the verification link we emailed when you signed up. Didn't get it?
- Check spam/junk.
- On the signin page, click Resend verification.
- Verification emails come from
[email protected]— add that to your contacts if your provider keeps filtering them.
Google sign-in popup blocked
Some browsers aggressively block popups. Allow popups for mingaibazi.com:
- Chrome — click the popup-blocked icon in the address bar → "Always allow."
- Safari — Settings → Websites → Popup Windows → set mingaibazi.com to "Allow."
- Firefox — click the icon in the address bar → "Options" → "Allow popups."
Signed in but keep getting logged out
This usually means your browser is blocking third-party cookies, or you're in a private browsing session that resets on close.
- Try a normal (non-private) browser window.
- In browser settings, allow cookies for
mingaibazi.com. - On mobile Safari: Settings → Safari → Privacy & Security → turn off "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking" temporarily to test.
Two-factor authentication
MingAI doesn't use 2FA today. If you're being asked for a 2FA code, that's your email provider's protection on the magic-link email — follow your provider's flow.
